Cook at Zoo Cafe:
The Sequoia Park Zoo Café is looking to fill the part time position of COOK. Ideal applicant should have: a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience, the ability to work in a sometimes fast paced environment and the ability to remain busy during slow periods doing side work, and the ability to prepare quality foods in a timely manner and work well with customers and staff. Clean criminal history is a required and a background check will be conducted prior to employment offer.

Also include 100 words or less as to why you would like to work at the Zoo Café. Resumes may also be dropped at the Zoo Gift Shop during normal business hours. If you do not have a resume, you may pick up an application at the Zoo Gift Shop during normal business hours. Do not call the Zoo for job information. The Café is run by the Sequoia Park Zoo Foundation which is a non-profit organization. Paid meals are provided to staff members working a full shift. All positions start at minimum wage unless otherwise stated. The Zoo is located at 3414 W Street, Eureka, CA 95503. You may also fax your resume to (707) 440-2601. Hours of operation for the Café are 11am to 4pm (closed Monday) during the winter. The Zoo is open most holidays.
