Sequoia Park Zoo

Community Room Have your next party, reception, workshop or meeting in our spacious and scenic multi-purpose room, equipped with a beautiful view of our flamingo exhibit and the forest beyond. Truly a one-of-a-kind setting!

Depending on intended usage, rentals are reserved either through the Sequoia Park Zoo Foundation or the Education Department. Who do you need to contact?

Birthday Parties & Standard Rentals: Starting at $225 Current Zoo members receive a $100 discount on their rentals through the Foundation
Includes: 3 hours use of community room & event lawn during regular Zoo hours Admission for up to 25 guests ($2 per person will be charged for additional guests) Set up and use of up to (8) 6’ rectangular tables and 50 black folding chairs Room decorations, disposable table cloths Customizable invitation Room capacity is limited to 50 occupants Choose from a 10:00am-1:00pm reservation, or a 1:45pm-4:45pm reservation Additional hours may be available for $50/hour
Additional options available:
	Animal Feeding: $40 Help our keepers by feeding the Barnyard Chickens! Limited to 15 children. Guided Tour: $40 Learn fun facts and trivia about your favorite animals. Approximately 45 minutes. Hosted Parties: starting at $100 Plates, cups, napkins, and utensils Snack of Popcorn and Lemonade Games and craft activities Animal experience in the Contact Corral Goodie Bag with animal toys – one per child Price for 10 children, add $6 each additional child up to 15 children User must provide a minimum of 1 adult for every 5 children to help with supervision. For children ages 3 & up. Lunch: $5/child $7/adult Choose from chicken nuggets, hot dogs, corn dogs, hamburger, cheeseburger, or grilled cheese. All meals are served with French fries and a beverage.

After-hours Rental: starting at $500
3 hours use of community room & event lawn during the hours of 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Not available on Mondays during Oct.-April. Additional hours available for $125/hour.

Secrets of the Forest Rental: $150
Includes 3 hours use of Secrets of the Forest exhibit. Available after-hours only & must be purchased in addition to community room rental. Additional refundable deposit required.

Whole Zoo Private Rental: starting at $1,500
Includes 3 hours use of the whole Zoo with all exhibits open, including Barnyard, Aviary & Secrets of the Forest for 200 people. Please add an additional $500 to accommodate up to 500 people and an extra $1,000 for up to 1,000 people. Café and Gift Shop can be open for an additional fee, please inquire. Available between 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Tuesday-Sunday. During October-April, also available on Mondays from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Additional hours available for $500/hour. Please note that portions of the Zoo are closed after-hours for guest safety and additional outdoor lighting may be required.

Call the Foundation office at 442-5649, or email birthdays@sequoiaparkzoo.net. Office is open Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm. Payment in full and a signed Rental Agreement must be received 30 days prior to the party. Reservations cannot be confirmed until a $50 deposit is received.
