Explore Animal Diversity

Watch the high drama of our breeding flock of flamingos or their next door neighbors – Patagonian cavies and Crested screamers.  Giggle at our Chacoan peccaries’ (one of the most endangered animals in the world) wiggly snouts or listen for the distinctive call of our White-handed gibbons.  Visit the Cotton-top tamarins (another critically endangered species) in the aviary, or marvel at the underwater skills of our bush dogs.

From the common to the unusual – Sequoia Park Zoo is full of unique and exciting species!
