Ways to Give

There are many ways for zoo enthusiasts to contribute to the zoo; every dollar helps and is more than appreciated. Donate Now

Annual Giving

Besides the personal satisfaction of giving to a cause close to your heart and making a difference in your community, donors directly impact the quality of our zoo through annual giving. We rely on the generosity of our zoo friends for the ongoing progress and improvements made at Sequoia Park Zoo. The Flamingo Society honors donors who contribute $500 or more to the Sequoia Park Zoo Foundation within one calendar year. Learn more.

Planned Giving

There are many benefits to planned giving and ways to ensure your family is cared for, while leaving a legacy at Sequoia Park Zoo. Bill’s Legacy League was created to recognize our philanthropic friends who make deferred or planned gifts to the Sequoia Park Zoo. It is important to explore your options with an estate planning attorney to maximize your tax benefits. Learn more.

Memorial & Tribute Gifts

Memorial and tribute gifts are wonderful ways to honor a loved one while supporting their connection to the zoo and wildlife. Benches and other recognition opportunities are available. Learn more.

Adopt-an-Animal

Add a member of our family to your family! By adopting an animal at Sequoia Park Zoo, you help take part in their care by providing habitat improvement and extra treats to enrich the animals’ daily lives. It’s a terrific way to commemorate birthdays, holidays, and many other special occasions. Animal adoptions make great classroom mascots, too. Learn more.

Event Sponsorship

Sequoia Park Zoo Sponsors enjoy many benefits. In addition to knowing you are supporting one of the region’s premiere family and tourist attractions, your organization will build brand loyalty and gain exposure to over 70,000 visitors each year. Sequoia Park Zoo events are a major attraction in Humboldt County and draw crowds of all ages from across the North Coast region and beyond. By becoming a 2013 Event Sponsor, your organization will benefit from numerous year-long promotional opportunities while reaching new and diverse audiences. Learn more.
